Fall Decorations / Pottery Barn Knock-Offs

I have always loved the fall season, and tend to want to bring out my fall decorations as soon as it turns September. We had a couple of "cool" (meaning not in the 100s) days at the beginning of the month, and I just couldn't resist getting them out. If you like to decorate you know that Pottery Barn has some great ideas, of course it comes with a nice little price tag also. So here are some of my inspirations for fall and how I did it with my own twist and what I already had.

Loved this ceramic bowl with candle, hurricane glass, and greenery.

I had this white ceramic bowl in the kitchen. Used a really big vase that fluted out to put one white candle in, and used some greenery that I have had for several years. I loved how it turned out.

Apparently big wooden bowls are in this year.

I already had this antique wooden bowl (from Norman's mom) and filled it with acorns, rose hips, and white pumpkins that I already had.

So there is my fall decorations that I didn't spend any money on this year! Maybe it will promote some cooler weather here in Texas!!!!
