Several friends tagged me to do this on Facebook and since I had already typed it out I figured I would post it on here also. So here is some random information about me.
1. I had my first real kiss after the 1997 Superbowl.
2. I love to reorganize things in the house. I do it pretty much on a weekly basis. My husband always has a hard time finding where I have moved things.
3. I am a morning person. I often wake up early in the morning and have a hard time going back to sleep. But of course this means that I normally crash on the couch by 9:00pm.
4. I have very weird and strange dreams. Most nights!
5. To go along with #4, I use to have dreams that would actually make me sit up or stand up beside my bed, while I was still asleep. It was like there were people in my room. This normally would happen after a Friday night football game, when I was in High School.
6. My Junior year in High School I joined the Color Guard because our band director reorganized it with girls that he hand picked. I loved it much more than marching band and had a blast with my closest friends. I still spin and throw anything that is like a flag.
7. I really only applied to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for college. I couldn't really see going anywhere else.
8. To help pay for college I applied to the work study program. Because all the good jobs were taken my freshmen year I had to work in the cafeteria. I had fun with friends but hated the job!
9. I spend way too much time looking at random blogs throughout the day.
10. Being a blonde I have definitely had many blonde moments throughout the years, which include running into brick columns and tripping down stairs.
11. I grew up wanting to be a nurse. I didn't really ever want to be anything else. But after my freshmen year in college I decided it wasn't for me and switched to Elementary Education, I can't imagine doing anything else now.
12. I didn't get braces until my Junior year in High School. This worked out for the best. If I had tried to get them any earlier I would have had to have jaw surgery.
13. I was born in Missouri and moved to Texas when I was 8.
14. I love to decorate. I have a pretty good eye for it but wish I was good enough to make a living with it.
15. I have a sweet tooth and want to have something sweet after every meal. Sometimes even breakfast.
16. The only country I have traveled to outside of the US is Turkey.
17. I would love to be on the Amazing Race. It went as far as me and one of my closest friends actually printing out the application when we were in college.
18. I have a good memory with dates, numbers, names and even song lyrics.
19. My microwave is always clean. It makes me happy to not have food caked on it.
20. I have loved to read since I was little. My mom once told me that they potty trained me by reading to me in the bathroom.
21. I would love to write a book one day. I often think of plots and characters in my mind.
22. Once a friend of my brothers and mine, convinced us it was fun to make yourself faint. He taught us to somehow hold your neck a certain way to make the blood stop flowing to your head. We did it a couple of times and thought it was the greatest thing. Of course the thought of doing it now doesn't seem nearly as fun.
23. I love to make lists. I even made a list of these things before I started typing them. I think there is something therapeutic about checking things off.
24. I have double jointed toes. I can bend my big toe back to where my knuckle sits on the floor. It might be gross but I often sit like that and don't even realize it.
25. I was really scared of dogs when I was little. I would cry or run away if one was near, luckily I have since grown out of it.
