Since Day 1 Addisyn has loved to be swaddled. Aiden never really cared for it much when we got home from the hospital, but Addisyn has continued to want to be swaddled in some way. We have used several different things to swaddle her with.

We started out with the
Aden & Anais muslin blankets. These were great when she was little, you could get a tight swaddle because they stretched well and they were easy to use. Alas, she was able to figure out how to get her arms free as she started getting older. So we moved on.

The next thing that we used for a while was the
Miracle Blanket. We often referred to it as her straight jacket. It worked great and she was not able to get her arms, but as she started moving around more I would often find the blanket creeping up closer to her face and decided it was time to try something else.

We used these
Kiddopotamus SwaddleMe numbers as our back-ups, but she would always get her arms out. So they didn't last long at all.

Currently, we use the
Woombie. I say out of all of the things that we have tried, this is probably my favorite. It is the funniest looking, but it works great and Addisyn really seems to love it. I like that she is zipped in and can't get out and it won't ride up by her face. We are actually borrowing it from a friend, and I keep thinking about buying one because we don't have a back-up when it is being washed.
Sleep Tight!!
