Today we decided to enjoy the wonderful 70 degree weather and made a trip to the zoo after Mother's Day Out. When we got to the lion exhibit we noticed that the male was up and moving around (he is normally sleeping every other time we see him) and was going towards the window area. So we quickly ran over to get a better look. By the time we got there he was looking like he was going to walk away, but then he turned and decided to give us a show instead. He walked up the the window and started roaring at us. It was really neat...although most of the kids, including Aiden weren't really sure what to think of it and some were scared. How often are you this close to a roaring lion...
