November Review

Yes we are alive! Somehow the month of November is over and it is now December. I had every good intention of blogging often during the month of November, but somehow only ended up with two (Halloween at that) posts to show for it. In an attempt to catch up here are some of the happenings of the Hogue household for the month of November...

* We took a trip to Belton to visit Aiden's friend Madalyn. The kids enjoyed the time at the park and even made a new friend.
* We loved getting to know the newest member of our family, Jackson Arnold, who was born on November 1st. Below are pictures of Aiden getting to meet him for the first time, aside from the hospital.

* We spent the week of Thanksgiving watching our 2nd cousin (Aiden's 3rd), Christopher. Aiden loved having a playmate for the week. We kept the boys busy by taking them to the park, the zoo, various family Thanksgiving gatherings, and the Mayborn Museum. Mom and Dad were tired by the end of the week...but we all survived and had a good time for the most part.

* We enjoyed getting to see out-of-state family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Aiden especially took to Great-grandpa. Here he is playing with him on Sunday afternoon.

* During November we also had the pleasure of one of my best friends from High School visiting for a couple of days while her husband was up north hunting. Aiden (and mom) had a great time with "Aunt Sandy"! (Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the visit.)
Hopefully the month of December will prove to be more blog-worthy!
