Aiden is starting to talk more frequently and repeat a lot of new words. He still definitely has a language of his own, that is pretty funny. You know he is trying to tell you something but it sounds like some sort-of foreign language. Here are some of his recent phrases that he says often:
* Thank you. That's nice!
* Where did it go?
* There it is.
* I get you!
* Big truck./Dump truck.
* That's mommy's./That's daddy's.
* dot-dots (which is his way of saying polka-dots)
When we are driving some of the words/phrases we hear over and over, often until I repeat them back to him are:
* bus
* car, truck, train (really any form of transportation)
* flag (he will often say stars also during this time, to let us know the flag has stars)
* tractors (always with an s)
* THIS WAY!!! (which he yells really loud and over and over if he feels we should go a certain way)
He is definitely not one to hold back on what he feels (some of which we understand) and there are few moments of silence now, unless he is watching Backyardians!
