Aiden at 15 Months

Today we went to Aiden's 15 month appointment. Here are his latest stats:

Weight: 27 pounds (80%)

Height: 31 3/4 (70 - 75%)

Head: 46 cm (20%)

Teeth: 6

Dr. C said that everything looked great and that Aiden is right on track. He noted that Aiden will probably be one of the last in his class to lose his baby teeth since they are so slow to come in. He also stated that Aiden seemed to be a good eater...which is true BUT only with the things he likes: fruit, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, yogurt, applesauce, and graham crackers/animal crackers. Aiden got three shots today, one being the flu shot. He loved that I gave him a sucker during and then really noticed it after the shots. He wasn't too happy about losing it once we got to the car.

Here are some of the things that Aiden is doing at 15 months:

Words: dada, mama, dog, yea, hi, there, duck, right there, down, nana (for banana), uh-oh (only says the uh part), hello, eye

Can point out his ears and points to my eyes on occasion.

Loves to play hide-and-seek, run, read books, and be outside.

Aiden is busy bee and loves to just move from toy to toy. He is generally happy and smiles often and loves to be tickled.

He is such a pleasure and joy in our lives!!!
